Awesome episode! It's unbelievable, my old fandom vs my new fandom and both celebrating 10th anniversary this year <3
Also, went out with family to have dinner, had sticky date pudding with vanilla (gackto gackto!) ice-cream on top lol.

Gackto VS Arashi! On 4th July! His birthday!
Don't ask me how old he's turning, we in twitter assuming his age has to be around 501 lol.
Have been tweeting about him non-stopped since yesterday, when I found out that he's gonna be in VS Arashi!! Lots of reminiscing!
I was in the Gackt fandom around 2000~2003!
I dropped out of the Gackt fandom when he got a bit too moon crazy + costly
My first CD of Gackt: "Mizerable", his first solo EP after leaving the band Malice Mizer.
"Mizerable" remains my all time favorite song of his!
So beautiful, so catchy, so awesome, so silly (the pv and gackto in general, despite being a super-talented-genius lol), and oh so dramatic on stage as always: the dance the gackto-heart-clutching-swaying dance <33
Joking aside, I truly love his creative talents, musical talents (composes/writes his own songs, multi-instrumentalist), and honey-deep voice! <- although sometimes too dramatic, like when he sang 12gatsu no love song.. in japanese, english, chinese, korean, martians... sorry sorry, I always can't help poke fun gackto's way 'cause that's how I show affection to him <3
Afterall, the dude himself is awesomely funny and has great unique sense of humour!
I used to catch Domoto Kyoudai because of Gackto just to hear his funny stories and commentaries, not Kinki Kids :D
oh and love his numerous Gundam impersonations (another fandom crashing since I heart old school Gundam lol)!
And who could forget his four-day-buta-curry making starting off with kaku-niku shopping? XD

aah funny Gackto ftw! oh and for those who don't know, he was in taiga drama Fuurin Kazan two years ago.. his dramatic acting really suits the character, although he truly resembles manga/anime characters more than anything...
Enough ramblings, guess I'm just glad to see Gackto again, I truly miss the silly dude/alien-vampire <3
I might have to start buying your CD again for old time sake lol.

Nino Day for me was nice, I caught up with a Japanese friend (student here) for lunch - she's returning my Ryuusei DVD so yeah we talked about Nino over lunch and coffee xD
First photo shows the awesomely delicious salmon sashimi donburi, it's so delicious that I forgot to take a photo before I dived in lols! So here it is, nearly finished eating..
And then we had cake and coffee straight after lunch.
There're no yellow looking cakes so I picked the Shoberry cheesecake, I think Nino wouldn't mind heh it was delicious!

It's funny I go from one fandom where the band (bump of chicken) releases an album/new single every 2.5 or 3 years... to a fandom where the band (arashi) releases gazillions of singles/movies/doramas/shows in just 3 months.. actually, I'm still very much in the bump of chicken fandom, it's just that they've been very VERY quiet ;o;
Anyway, Fujikun,
I hope we get to listen to a new album from you all this year; all the
band members will be turning 30, a milestone! please, an album! or at least a new single!

art musing, although I've been drawing/painting arashi (in particular
Nino chan) for the past two years, I'm still not as skillful in
capturing Nino from imagination as capturing Fujikun (Fujiwara Motoo).
I sketched/painted Fujikun obsessively for 4+ years so much so that
he's become "my character".. xD although I haven't been sketching
Fujikun the past two years (as Nino and arashi took over), he still
seems to flow onto the paper effortlessly. aah I love my Fujikun. my bumpofchicken gallery.

shorry have been sho busy didn't get to draw/paint much! and sho this one is a quick mix of pencils+watercolors+markers+paint+anything goes (and shorry doesn't really look much like sho-chan either ^^;)
I actually wanted to shojou-manganize Sho-chan but sort of overtaken by the realistic-side..... oh well lols.
Will be off to a short road trip from tomorrow morning, then come back the day after; then back to work gah xD

aaaaaah running out of time to do the usual end of year reflection and new year's resolution stuff 'cause in 24 hours' time we'll be in the airport waiting to board our flight! And so I should be in last minute packing/planning/panicking mode instead of catching up and replying and actually I shouldn't even be here now and should go back to the last minute packing/planning/panicking mode lols.
But I can't go without wishing Aibachan Happy Birthday!!

Oh, speaking of hugs... like what Maan said earlier, best hug ever...... yes, we mean the Sagi glomp-hugs Koichi <33333 Again... sketch for now and hopefully will continue drawing/painting it next year when I come back in mid January 2009.
Also, most likely I won't have much chance to visit the internet during the trip and will miss you guys lots!

I will be in Japan for one week alas and ironically won't have enough time to catch up with all the Arashi shows, 24hr tv etc since will be busy with the in-laws and visiting my hubby home town etc...
it's a rush week! Still, won't complain... since will be passing Jun-chan's birthday in Arashi-land =)
