Sydney 20080504~07 Part 1: Ohchan sky, Ohchan sea
Since I'm too lazy to write all, so I'm letting my photos do the talking; might edit layout and put notes on individual photos when I get more time later =)
First photo: Himitsu-theme cookie from Stef! It was delicious! We're having a mini-arashi-kai with sablechan's Sho-phone playing arashi songs, at the presence of her pet tsukasa (that cute puppy soft toy) and my Nino-chan drawing lols. Let's meet up again in the future <3
Other photos above were taken on 20080505 at Circular Quay (harbour bridge, opera house etc), look at how sunny and spectacular the weather and scenery! Ohchan sky Ohchan sea!! So blue! Oh and that's the Sydney Harbour Bridge, we love that bridge! We went under the bridge, walked across the bridge, and also went to the lookout point to watch the bridge and take in the view. There're ppl climbing the bridge, definitely not a sport for our Sakurai Sho san...
Btw, managed to capture five (arashi) cruise boats speeding in front of the Opera House, like doing a Love Situation dance formation <3
Next, also taken on the same day, The Rock and delicious german bier and lunch!
After that, we went on the speedy cruise boat exploring the bay, then walked to the Opera House during sunset, overlooking the beautiful bridge.
Then we took a train from the circular quay station back to town hall, from there we took the monorail to the harbour park area (so beautiful at night!!)... my hubby craved for soba so we walked into this rotation sushi shop but they didn't have soba so we had ramen and a couple of Ohmiya plates of sushi instead ^^; we should have explored the place further alas he's super hungry ^^;;;;;
Next day, to the Toronga Zoo <3 will update that another time, exhausted from work lols.
Will reply/catch up another time too!
Btw stef thanks for the news summary!
OHCHAN IN DORAMA *_*
I need to go lie down now..!
Comments
it's freaky that i can identify almost all the places in the photos. i feel like your stalker now. orz.
yes, one of the things arashi must do when they visit sydney again is to do the bridgeclimb. i wanna see sakurai-san's bibiri face! (<--so DoS)
now you made me crave soba too... i think i just heard my stomach growl. ><
can't wait for the zoo photos!
ja, ohmiyasumi~ <3
You make me wanna visit that city..... and I totally understand why you name them as Ohchan, I would too. The sceneries look serene and inspirational. ^__^
P.s. Hope you don't mind me putting it up as my computer wallie. :)
as for the bridgeclimb.. if arashi were to do it they would have to film them from the helicopter right? as a rule ppl who climbing that aren't allowed to bring loose items such as cameras/headsets etc. it's seriously yabai-looking watching those ppl climbing the bridge, bibiri sho san won't be able to climb at all xDDD
LOL go have your soba and oyakodon soon! I had ochatsuke for lunch :3
sorta...but less so with each passing day spent in canberra. *faces palms* sydney has some amazing sights. especially along the coastline, the beaches, cliffs, bays and everything else are absolutely amazing. i feel really lucky to have spent so much time in such a beautiful city.
that may be true...for us mere mortals. but i'm sure there'll be other rules for film crews, etc. they've had a few shows (u know, getaway, the great outdoors, and the like) which have included the bridgeclimb, so i'm sure there'll be a way. but once you're up there, the view just takes your fear (and breath!) away. if i can do it, i'm sure keio boy can too. =D that said, i still wanna see his bibiri face while on the harbour bridge. XD
i have to settle for curry rice tonight. sho-kuuuun~~~
Your myriad of pictures is wonderful! I feel like I have been on a journey too with you since I get to see close to everything that you did and went to. :)
The bridgeclimb is one of the things I hope to do for the longest time. Hopefully, one day, I'll get to do it!
The more I look at the photos, the more I want to visit the country! The night scenery looks glamorous~~ *__*
